Designing Your Sacred Space

We are vibrational beings. Creating a space that is intentionally designed with high frequency can perpetuate a thriving life. My purpose here is to guide, inspire, and help others. I share this information with you, hoping this may enhance your home to a vibrational sanctuary.

Orchids

Orchids have been revered for centuries by many cultures across the world for their energy, and significance. Orchids symbolize spiritual enlightenment and purity in various Eastern philosophies. In Buddhist teachings, the word orchid represents spiritual growth and the blossoming of one’s potential on the path to enlightenment. They are also said to attract positive vibes.

Plants

Central to any home sanctuary are plants. These living beings are a testament to the fundamental principle that everything, including us, operates on vibration. Lush greenery in your home isn't just for aesthetics; it's a living embodiment of peace. Plants, with their biophoton emissions, are active participants in our well-being. They are known to lower stress, enhance mood, and spark creativity through their high vibrational frequencies.

Fresh Cut Flowers

Fresh cut flowers and particularly roses, with their high vibrational frequencies, serve as bridges between the physical and the spiritual, offering both scientific and metaphysical benefits.

Books, Messaging & Quotes

Incorporating quotes and positive messaging throughout the home acts as a form of continuous positive programming, With books offering an incredible source of such energy. While some may shy away from spiritual or religious symbols, I find that they bring a lineage of energy that's palpable. Sacred statues like Buddhas, Guan Yin, Shiva, and Ganesha not only connect us to the divine but also to the oneness of existence.

Candles

Fire represents transformation, passion, and energy. It is the spark that ignites action, creativity, and change. In Feng Shui, the fire element is used to enhance energy, motivation, and recognition. Candles, sunlight, and the colors red and orange introduce fire's dynamic energy into a space, stimulating activity and drawing attention. Make sure candles are non toxic.

Crystals

I utilize crystals and incorporate through a home for multiple benefits including emotional well-being, spiritual growth, and even physical vitality. I believe they enrich our living spaces and our lives. I even place them in the kitchen ,pantry and refrigerator to charge up the food! Crystals have also been associated with enhancing focus, creativity, and productivity which is also powerful in work spaces.
